
整治焦虑症 出发去郊游


大概去年9月确认焦虑状态,当时还是挺严重的,最夸张的是开车过一个2.5km的隧道都让我感到极度紧张——心率不断上升,头晕快要控制不了的程度。后来每天下楼走路都觉得浑身不舒服要晕倒一样,但是也从来没有晕倒过,发展至洗澡都觉得自己要不行了,洗一半关了水坐会儿再继续,非常恐怖。
后来开始吃小剂量的解焦虑药物就慢慢恢复了正常,虽然多少对于开车还是心有忌惮,但是那种类似的感觉已经没有再发生过,今天为了去这个景点来回开了得有一百多公里,两三个小时倒也是什么事情都没有。应该就是都过去了,彻底恢复正常了,但是这个药又不敢随便停,还挺纠结的。
大家都在到处拍照,我确实是一点兴致也没有,就想在那坐着放空一会儿,也没什么机会,总会被拉着说话又要当司机,是一点闲暇都没。早上被蚊子叮醒,第一次一点半就醒了,第二次六点,补补觉吧还是,不想这些了。随便看看总是好的,但是还是不如我早起去锻炼那一路的风景,犹豫好几次要不要发照片分享,感觉有点多余,总有一个瞬间觉得应该谁也不想得到我的关注,都是一个人的自作多情。
还是少想点事吧,避免焦虑。结果一看7号又要操作付款什么的了,也没那种休闲的命。想任性也得有这种机会,说白了就不是个洒脱的人,干啥都拖泥带水的,成不了大事。
那又怎么样呢,谁比谁好多少?
